*Troubleshooting found R2300 temperature controller doesn't power-up.
*Performed thorough troubleshooting separately with the controller.
*Found high frequency transformer shorted at R2300 power area.
*High frequency transformer doesn't have any markings. Difficult to identify the specs.
*Studied the alternative solution. Disabled the power area from the R2300 controller
and power-up the controller using external power supply. Unit works perfectly.
*Modified the unit casing with external power supply firmly attached.
*Saved USD 11K.
