*Multiple failures reported from AMAT Centura EPI system.

• can't correctly measure the chemical weights
• intermittent power issue
• system communication error

*The signal transformer was the main culprit, randomly cause different problems as above.
*Replaced the transformer as per original specifications.
*Unit keep coming back after few months running in the system. Need to investigate.
*Upgraded transformer into higher power rating. Repair MTBF remarkably improved.
*Saved USD 55K in a year.
